1. Manage recruitment processes for temporary contracts, internships, and apprenticeships, including job posting, candidate selection, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
2. Optimize staffing during peak activity periods in collaboration with team members.
3. Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to enhance talent attraction.
4. Participate in recruitment events such as forums, fairs, and school meetings.
5. Contribute to the onboarding of new employees by preparing hiring documents, monitoring probation periods, and facilitating the HR onboarding process.
6. Update and manage data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
7. Maintain and monitor HR dashboards related to recruitment, workforce, and absenteeism.
8. Coordinate temporary assignments for employees.
9. Actively contribute to innovative HR projects, including employer branding and process redesign.
10. Support teams in implementing HR projects and processes.
11. Facilitate HR communication within teams.
12. Assist the HR team with daily and recurring tasks.
13. Monitor and support interns and apprentices through mid-term reviews and end-of-term evaluations.

1. Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Human Resources or equivalent.
2. Demonstrated rigor, agility, and autonomy in task management.
3. Proactive with the ability to take initiative.
4. Proficient in French and English, both written and spoken.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for talent development and support.
6. Creative mindset with strong writing abilities.
7. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
8. Interest in the luxury and retail sectors.
