1. Drive regional sales targets and enhance Ready-to-Wear penetration goals while ensuring an elevated client experience.
2. Develop and support store selling associates during top VICs client experiences, including zone events and personalized hosting.
3. Collaborate with store leaders, regional merchandising director, and regional client relations teams on client retention and development strategies.

1. Proven track record in luxury fashion styling, particularly in Ready-to-Wear.
2. Ability to influence key internal business partners and high-profile clients.

Salary range of USD $115,000 - $125,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
