1. Manage the administrative and organizational tasks for the Finance Department, including scheduling, travel arrangements, budget management, and vendor relations.
2. Oversee departmental attendance, leave schedules, and team events.
3. Handle correspondence, prepare meeting minutes, and manage document archiving and office supplies.
4. Welcome department visitors and manage inquiries based on stakeholder priorities.
5. Organize departmental events such as meetings and seminars.
6. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including access management and orientation planning.
7. Collaborate on operational tasks such as audit summaries and fiscal reporting.
8. Work closely with a counterpart supporting other financial divisions.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive assistance, preferably within the luxury sector or a related field.

2. Proactive with the ability to take initiative and propose solutions.
3. Curious, reliable, and comfortable in a dynamic financial environment.
4. High level of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
5. Excellent service orientation and empathy.
6. Proficiency in digital tools: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word (Power BI is a plus).
7. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 5 years in executive assistance, ideally within a luxury brand or external consultancy.
