1. Lead and coach a team of Managers, Senior and Expert Client Advisors, and Client Advisors to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client.
2. Develop and implement individual and team goals, sales targets, and performance assessments.
3. Identify, recruit, and develop talents, ensuring robust succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager/Director.
4. Foster a client-centric mindset to ensure exceptional client experiences and support Expert Advisors in their roles as style advisors.
5. Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team, conducting morning briefings and training sessions.
6. Cultivate a comprehensive and strategic understanding of the business to develop and implement action plans that boost business and maximize product performance.
7. Demonstrate sales leadership, supporting team sales efforts and fostering cross-selling and client repurchase.
8. Ensure efficient sales floor management and uphold Louis Vuitton Promise standards.
9. Oversee inventory management and support the Store Manager in workforce planning.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
