- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing practices and tools within the Method/Continuous Improvement department.
- Analyze current methodologies to formulate recommendations and develop an associated action plan, ensuring its implementation and monitoring.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with other French workshops and the headquarters.
- Implement a tool for managing production capacity saturation within the workshop performance framework.
- Optimize current processes to enhance efficiency and minimize tool usage.
- Study the feasibility of consolidating production resources across assembly lines.
- Optimize the management of stitching templates.
- Establish and deploy production standards across various lines.
- Enhance production line performance to identify potential improvement processes, including time studies, flow analysis, workstation layout, 5S, and capacity planning.
- Organize improvement workshops, including audits, value-added/non-value-added observations, and MRP analysis.
- Apply the DMAIC methodology in change management projects.
- Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings with production managers.
- Currently enrolled in an alternating training program specializing in continuous improvement or production at a BAC+5 level.
- Strong autonomy and initiative-taking abilities.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficient in teamwork with a keen sense of customer service.
- Recognized for rigorousness and reliability.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
BAC+5 in a relevant field.
