4. Implement a tool for managing production capacity saturation within the workshop performance framework.
5. Optimize current processes to enhance efficiency and minimize tool usage.
6. Study the feasibility of consolidating production resources across assembly lines.
7. Optimize the management of stitching templates.
8. Establish and deploy production standards across various lines.
9. Enhance production line performance to identify potential improvement processes, including time studies, flow analysis, workstation layout, 5S, and capacity planning.
10. Organize improvement workshops, including audits, value-added/non-value-added observations, and MRP analysis.
11. Apply the DMAIC methodology in change management projects.
12. Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings with production managers.

1. Currently enrolled in an alternating training program specializing in continuous improvement or production at a BAC+5 level.
