Louis Vuitton Client Event Manager

- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events to support client development activities in stores.
- Oversee the recruitment and development of relationships with top and potential clients to enhance brand loyalty.
- Enhance the quality of existing client relations activities while improving operational efficiency.
- Execute and plan events both domestically and internationally, coordinating with stores, retail directors, and various departments such as procurement, security, logistics, and finance.
- Establish relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) through corporate events.
- Continuously learn and update essential product knowledge, brand history, and customer service skills.
- Identify areas for improvement in event execution and operations by gathering feedback from clients, stores, and sales departments, and consulting with supervisors.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in client events or a relevant field.
- Business-level proficiency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
- Sales experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) or Watches & Fine Jewelry (W&FJ) is advantageous.
- Medium-level proficiency in PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel for business both domestically and internationally.
- Proficiency in business English and Japanese.
