1. Ensure clients are updated at all stages of the repair process, enhancing the overall client experience.

4. Collaborate with the Operations team to define a smooth Back of House process to support the Client Experience.
5. Champion after care services, policies and procedures, inventory management, quality control, and client satisfaction.
