1. Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to client satisfaction, service quality, and client retention, with a focus on sales.
2. Provide exceptional inbound client service via phone, email, and digital channels.
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their preferences and offering tailored recommendations.
4. Take ownership of client concerns and ensure their resolution through innovative solutions, collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall client experience.
5. Ensure accurate information and follow-up are entered into the system and relevant databases, updating records as needed.
6. Handle client complaints and challenging situations professionally, ensuring effective resolution while upholding Louis Vuitton's high service standards.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Proficiency in English; French and/or Spanish is advantageous.
