- Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients to ensure personalized interactions and establish credible rapport.

- Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and processes.
- Achieve post-call survey targets and other quality metrics as a team.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the brand professionally and building client relationships.
- Stay informed on luxury lifestyle trends and competitor products to better understand and fulfill client needs.
- Undertake project work and other duties as requested, including back-of-house tasks such as product receiving and order processing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clienteling abilities with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and omni-channel platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion and lifestyle trends.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
