6. Ensure compliance with process and customs requirements for repairs and shipments to Paris Repair Centre.
7. Communicate regularly with the stock team for effective management of defective exchanges.
8. Lead the development of team members in Care Services across the network.
9. Follow up with clients regarding their items or queries.
10. Achieve individual and team objectives, being accountable for Care Services results versus targets.
11. Manage aftersales feedback and create actions based on it.
12. Partner with management to provide feedback to Head Office on Care Services and opportunities.
13. Create and implement action plans to drive business and maximize Care Services performance.
14. Act as an ambassador and role model, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
15. Collaborate with RPM, Logistics & Supply Chain teams to enhance Care Services communications.
16. Support and train store team on Care Services, developing repair knowledge.
17. Conduct in-store repairs to quality standards and drive training sessions.
18. Meet with Client Advisors to coach and develop action plans based on performance reviews.
19. Contribute to achieving overall store objectives and support Client Advisors in optimizing aftersales.
