1. Assist in the recruitment of interns and apprentices across various disciplines, from initial manager briefings to candidate offers.
2. Coordinate and oversee integration activities, including orientation days and end-of-program evaluations.
3. Facilitate the engagement of the intern and apprentice community through internal events.
4. Support the Talent Acquisition team on cross-functional projects, talent pools, and recruitment initiatives.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business School, University, or equivalent.
2. Previous internship experience of 6 months in recruitment or HR is advantageous.
3. Demonstrated rigor, curiosity, organizational skills, and analytical capabilities.

1. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Strong attention to detail and a passion for the luxury industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work proactively and independently.

No prior experience required, but a previous internship in recruitment or HR is beneficial.

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (in progress).
