1. Safeguard company assets and enforce asset protection strategies to mitigate shrinkage.
2. Implement and uphold policies, procedures, and standards set by the store, department, and company.
3. Lead and develop store teams to optimize asset protection strategies across multiple locations.
4. Ensure a positive impact on overall business operations.

1. Experience in luxury or high-end retail environments, or a strong background in customer service with internal control and safety awareness.

1. 5-8 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or Security Supervision/Management.
2. Completion of investigation courses such as Wicklander or Reid interviewing and interrogation.
3. Proficiency with security and loss prevention equipment including CCTV and alarm systems.
4. Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule.
5. Retail experience, ideally in a multi-store environment.
6. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficient in computer systems and reporting.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.

Salary range of USD $95,000 - $110,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
