1. Safeguard company assets and enforce asset protection strategies to mitigate shrinkage.
2. Lead and develop the store team to optimize asset protection strategies across multiple locations, including Lenox Square, Saks Phipps Plaza, and Saks Birmingham.
3. Deliver comprehensive training to staff on asset protection policies and procedures.
4. Communicate potential losses to store management and the zone asset protection team.
5. Implement standards and procedures to control internal and external losses.
6. Maintain awareness of loss prevention strategies to manage store inventory effectively.
7. Cultivate relationships to facilitate the flow of constructive information to drive business success.
8. Motivate and train asset protection staff and store personnel in prevention strategies and techniques.
9. Develop and implement strategies to minimize losses due to theft, fraud, and security breaches.
10. Ensure a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.
11. Collaborate with store management to identify and address asset protection risks.
12. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in asset protection performance.
13. Manage and maintain security equipment, such as CCTV and alarm systems.
14. Conduct investigations into internal and external theft incidents.

1. 5-8 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or Management.
2. Experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment is preferred.
3. Working knowledge of security and loss prevention equipment, including CCTV and alarm systems.
4. Experience supervising multiple staff members; management courses are advantageous.
5. Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule.
