1. Support vendor and customer onboarding processes.
2. Reconcile general ledger accounts for specific entities.
3. Assist with month-end close processes.
4. Process and record all accounts payable transactions with proper account coding, authorization, and payment terms.
5. Review and approve purchasing channels.
6. Prepare CONCUR Monthly Accruals.
7. Process new vendor onboarding and modifications requests.
8. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
9. Provide audit documentation as requested.
10. Ensure processes prevent losses from fraud or bad debt.
11. Ensure T&E accuracy and compliance with company policies.
12. Execute store creations in SAP and ensure accuracy.
13. Prepare HR Staff Award/Incentives report and submit to HR for fringe benefit reporting.
14. Respond to vendor/employee invoice inquiries.
15. Assist in month-end closing and audits for accurate financial reporting.
16. Participate in ad-hoc projects and systems improvement.
17. Act as a business partner with stores and corporate partners.
18. Perform other duties as requested by management.

1. 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.
2. Experience in the retail industry or a multinational company is preferred.

1. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
2. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Commercial mindset.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
6. Familiarity with SAP and Concur is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within an hourly range of $30.00- $31.00.
