1. Oversee the operational phases of retail projects, including new openings, expansions, renovations, relocations, and maintenance.
2. Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
3. Conduct cost monitoring through preliminary analysis, offer comparisons, and verification of price lists.
4. Prepare cost reports and provide regular updates throughout project development.
5. Implement construction and opening plans, ensuring feasibility and adequacy of premises.
6. Visit construction sites to monitor progress, ensure schedule compliance, and address issues.
7. Act as the primary liaison with internal functions and external suppliers during operational phases.
8. Oversee quality procedures and implement policies to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
9. Maintain and update the store projects archive.

1. Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in store planning or construction, preferably within the luxury industry.
