1. Embody and promote the corporate image and ensure team alignment with the Brand DNA.
2. Optimize overall sales performance by executing selling protocols and operational standards.
3. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and initiatives.
4. Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Recruit, retain, and develop customer base.
6. Manage CRM KPIs and ensure accurate customer data collection for reporting and strategy.
7. Motivate and empower the team to drive business success and encourage innovative solutions.
8. Provide ongoing coaching and identify development and training needs for the team.
9. Ensure professional growth and product knowledge of store team.
10. Set and assess team and individual performance targets.
11. Inform team about store performance using agreed tools.
12. Organize daily opening activities and ensure store alignment with visual and maintenance guidelines.
13. Oversee visual merchandising practices and standards.
14. Delegate store operations activities appropriately.
15. Ensure implementation of security and Health & Safety procedures.
16. Manage products and materials in the stockroom effectively.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a luxury goods business within complex and international environments.
2. Passion and motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
3. Solid leadership skills, including listening, motivating, and coaching others.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and leveraging networks.
6. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and SAP Retail experience preferred.
7. Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
