Loro Piana Store Manager

- Embody and promote the corporate image and ensure team alignment with the Brand DNA.
- Optimize overall sales performance by executing selling protocols and operational standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and initiatives.

- Recruit, retain, and develop customer base.

- Delegate store operations activities appropriately.
- Ensure implementation of security and Health & Safety procedures.
- Manage products and materials in the stockroom effectively.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a luxury goods business within complex and international environments.
- Passion and motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
- Solid leadership skills, including listening, motivating, and coaching others.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and leveraging networks.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and SAP Retail experience preferred.
- Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
