Loro Piana Southeast Area Visual Manager

1. Execute all visual merchandising (VM) actions to maximize business results in alignment with the visual strategy provided by the Regional Visual Manager and business partners.
2. Conduct weekly meetings with the Regional Visual Manager to align on responsibilities and priorities, including rotation schedules, installation planning, travel agendas, and VM guideline reviews.
3. Facilitate weekly touch bases with business partners to coordinate travel, rotations, floor planning, and product knowledge development.
4. Manage and execute all VM rotations in collaboration with the Regional Visual Manager, Visual Referents, DSAs, business partners, and in-store teams, ensuring adherence to global VM guidelines.
5. Develop and maintain accountable relationships within the wholesale channel to sustain brand VM expectations.
6. Create extraordinary displays that convey brand mood and theme while balancing commerciality and cross-selling within retail and wholesale channels.
7. Be flexible to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, for monthly rotations, special projects, and travel.
8. Oversee VM maintenance, store environment, and technical clarity of all client-facing areas, including windows, interiors, mannequin styling, and fixture placement.
9. Collaborate with business partners and in-store teams to ensure VM inventory is organized and maintained.
10. Guide and manage VM and product knowledge training throughout the season and during onboarding of new sales professionals and DSAs.
11. Propose elevated display solutions to the Regional Visual Manager and Director of Visual Merchandising in line with brand vision.
12. Develop a visual strategy to support peak seasonal periods in collaboration with business partners and the Regional Visual Manager.
