1. Support retail operations and new projects within the UK market.
2. Manage operational tasks related to store openings, relocations, and renovations, ensuring timely follow-up and budget adherence.
3. Implement new processes in alignment with headquarters guidelines.
4. Coordinate with relevant departments such as Buying, Supply Chain, and IT for operational projects.
5. Support actions to enhance productivity and ensure control measures are current.
6. Assist in administrative post-sales activities and quality checks, adhering to company guidelines.
7. Provide support to Store Managers, addressing their needs from headquarters.
8. Collaborate with Store Managers to promote operational excellence.
9. Conduct weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting on key KPIs, performance, and productivity.
10. Analyze and monitor export sales, sell-through of transfers, and consignments.

1. Degree in business or a related field.
2. Experience in retail operations, analysis, marketing, or buying is advantageous.

1. Strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Excellent analytical capabilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP Retail is beneficial.
4. Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an asset.
5. Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Beginner level experience in retail operations or related fields is preferred.

Degree in business or a similar discipline.
