1. Optimize inventory flow and streamline operational processes, ensuring accurate processing of shipments and transfers.
2. Oversee merchandise movement from stockroom to sales floor, maintaining inventory levels aligned with sales potential.
3. Conduct cycle counts according to corporate calendar, reporting discrepancies promptly, and perform regular audits to verify product conditions.
4. Facilitate security measures through inspections, audits, and product preparation for display.
5. Ensure ongoing inventory organization per company procedures, establishing an optimized warehouse layout for improved accessibility by the sales team.
6. Maintain clean, neat, and organized stock rooms with proper labeling to facilitate sales.
7. Maintain effective communication with operations team and external couriers to ensure accurate shipping procedures and timely delivery.
8. Provide sales team with detailed updates regarding inventory availability to support sales process and enhance sales performance.

1. Minimum 3 years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control.
4. Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.

Minimum 3 years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
