1. Assist in managing search and selection activities, including drafting and publishing job descriptions, CV screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating candidate communications through a dedicated platform.
2. Maintain and update candidate application status using Excel reports.
3. Participate in kick-off and follow-up meetings with HR Managers.
4. Support analysis and internal reporting activities, including evaluation forms, recruiting reports, and database management.
5. Oversee SAP HR processes such as hiring, suspension, and termination.

1. Master's Degree in Economics, Management, HR Management, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring skills.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities with precision and attention to detail.
4. Team-oriented with flexibility and adaptability.
5. Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
