1. Implement CRM activities across the South Asia region to align with global objectives.
2. Perform client analysis to derive actionable insights.
3. Monitor and report on appointment performance and campaign outreach.
4. Conduct post-event analysis to refine client contact strategies.
5. Collaborate with HQ to define seasonal campaigns and in-store event strategies.
6. Work with Area Managers to drive global CRM priorities in acquisition, retention, and upgrading.
7. Design and implement client journeys for key activations such as pop-ups and new store openings.
8. Support data cleansing and client portfolio management activities.
9. Act as an ambassador for clienteling tools to foster a strong clienteling culture.
10. Conduct workshops to enhance clienteling expertise within the retail community.
11. Promote the recruitment journey for prospects and new clients.
12. Participate in quarterly meetings with client ambassadors.

1. Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in CRM or retail marketing, preferably in the luxury industry.
3. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce and Power BI is advantageous.
4. Strong numerical and strategic analytical skills.
5. Excellent command of written and spoken English, with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
