1. Support the Senior Wholesale Manager in executing seasonal and annual commercial strategies for assigned accounts.
2. Coordinate daily communications with partners to ensure service excellence and brand consistency.
3. Liaise with internal teams to meet account needs timely and accurately.
4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of each account’s structure, performance, and market context.
5. Prepare seasonal forecasts and sales targets for review with senior management.
6. Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
7. Prepare and present business reports, including account performance and KPIs.
8. Monitor pricing, product flows, and delivery timelines to achieve commercial goals.
9. Lead operational setup and appointment coordination for Market Week in Paris.
10. Assist in sell-in appointments, ensuring order accuracy and alignment with strategy.
11. Track order confirmations and deliveries to support execution.
12. Collaborate with the VM team to enhance in-store presentation and brand visibility.
13. Collect and communicate market feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.
14. Benchmark competitors to support competitive positioning.
15. Contribute to the improvement of tools and processes within the wholesale team.

1. 5 years of experience in a wholesale or commercial coordination role within the luxury or premium sector.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Centric or similar ordering platforms.
2. Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Collaborative and proactive mindset.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Deep interest in fashion and understanding of luxury wholesale dynamics.
7. Fluency in English and Spanish; Italian or French is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a wholesale or commercial coordination role in the luxury or premium sector.
