1. Assist management in the daily oversight of the team.
2. Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of management.
3. Open and close the store when management is unavailable.
4. Support management in delivering training and coaching to the team.

6. Provide outstanding customer service, exceeding client expectations.
7. Share the brand's history and heritage with team members and clients.
8. Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.

10. Develop and maintain a client book, updating client information regularly.
11. Participate actively in visual merchandising according to Loewe's standards.
12. Maintain store products efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
13. Support inventory management and perform back-of-house tasks as needed.
14. Adhere to company policies and grooming standards.

4. Fluency in French and English.
