Loewe Store Manager

1. Lead and manage the store team, including recruitment, coaching, training, and performance management.
2. Oversee store operations, including housekeeping, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
3. Drive customer relationship management by managing the customer database, facilitating appointment bookings, and organizing in-store VIP events.
4. Identify strategies to expand the customer database and enhance client retention.
5. Facilitate effective communication to ensure team engagement and knowledge.
6. Maintain adherence to store merchandising standards, including visual merchandising expectations.
7. Cultivate strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
8. Participate in an attractive commission and incentive program.

1. Previous experience in retail leadership roles, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Proven track record of leading a large team to achieve business objectives.

1. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and develop staff.
2. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail leadership position, with luxury experience preferred.
