Loewe Stock Keeper

1. Maintain the organization of the stockroom to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is stored clearly and efficiently.
2. Manage stock deliveries, verifying against invoices and notifying HQ/Inventory of discrepancies.
3. Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely and correctly.
4. Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store and returns to the Warehouse.
5. Facilitate the flow of stock and packaging between back and front of house to enhance client experience.
6. Inform the team promptly of new stock arrivals.
7. Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and communicating discrepancies to the Manager.
8. Process all paperwork, reports, and general administration related to stock management.
9. Collaborate with internal teams (Visual, Merchandising, Press) to fulfill product requests.
10. Support and coordinate the aftersales process, including repairs and alterations, to ensure an excellent client experience.
11. Participate fully in store activities such as morning briefings and relevant training.

1. Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
2. Experience within a similar role.
3. Organized, fast-paced with close attention to detail.
4. Clear communication skills with the ability to connect with and influence various people.
5. Confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
6. A deep interest in Fashion, Art, and Culture.
7. Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
