1. Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets to drive business growth.
2. Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, building lasting client relationships.
3. Meet individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior service.
4. Utilize CRM tools to gather and leverage customer data for personalized engagement.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the work environment and foster teamwork.
6. Maintain organization of the sales floor and stockroom according to company standards.
7. Contribute to visual merchandising in line with LOEWE's presentation standards.
8. Uphold LOEWE's image standards and adhere to company policies.
9. Accurately record customer information in the database.
10. Promote store events through various communication channels.
11. Maintain an organized client book and initiate regular client contact.
12. Address client-related issues such as shipping and alterations promptly.
13. Participate in general housekeeping and upkeep of store image.
14. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
5. Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales within a retail setting.

$22-$25 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
