Loewe Retail Manager

- Ensure timely completion of training and onboarding for new employees.
- Identify and communicate training needs to key stakeholders.

- Manage and grow P&L by analyzing results and implementing strategic actions.
- Ensure stores meet performance objectives through KPI analysis and action plans.
- Monitor customer service results and address areas of improvement.

- Set and monitor monthly commercial targets for each store.
- Develop relationships with key partners and become an expert in the local market.
- Regularly visit stores to coach and provide feedback for improvements.
- Ensure adherence to service standards, procedures, and policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store conditions.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure regular inventory counts.
- Lead large-scale store projects including refurbishments and openings.
- Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
- Strong commercial acumen and solution development skills.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
