Loewe Head of Compliance

- Oversee all aspects of product compliance across various categories, excluding Fragrances and Home Scents.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Create and update compliance policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
- Stay informed about product-related regulations and organize regulatory monitoring.
- Identify and assess potential risks, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and conduct regular risk assessments.
- Implement a duty of vigilance program to address human, social, and environmental risks in the supply chain.
- Conduct due diligence on suppliers and business partners.
- Contribute to the global sustainability strategy and implement the industrial sustainability agenda.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance and identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact.
- Prepare reports on compliance and risk management activities for senior management.
- Build relationships with regulatory agencies and represent the organization in discussions with authorities.
- Supervise and lead a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in compliance and risk management, preferably with international projects.
- Sound knowledge of legal requirements and controls, including relevant laws and manufacturing standards.
- Proven ability to lead and manage interdisciplinary teams.
- Professional certification is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Well-developed organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with a third language such as French or Italian being advantageous.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance and risk management, ideally within manufacturing industries.
