1. Lead the digital transformation of HR operational processes to align with corporate objectives.
2. Identify and evaluate digitalization opportunities across HR Operations to enhance efficiency.
3. Manage HR technology landscape, acting as the HR product owner for SAP SuccessFactors.
4. Implement HR technology solutions to advance digitalization of HR Operations.
5. Audit global HRIS data to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
6. Design and drive visualization of global reports using PowerBi.
7. Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process success and performance.
8. Collaborate with global HR stakeholders and liaise with external providers.

1. Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in HR systems management.
2. Advanced experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, and MS Office.
3. Strong understanding of HR operational processes and data governance standards.
4. Experience in complex, global HR system environments.

1. Analytical and collaborative mindset.
2. Proficiency in Power Query and PowerBI.
3. Ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.
4. Fluent in Spanish and English.

Minimum 10 years of experience in HR systems management, with a strong understanding of HR operational processes and data governance standards.
