Loewe Department Manager, Operations

1. Identify and implement key improvements and operational efficiencies to safeguard product assets and provide transparent reporting to the Store Director and Retail Excellence Operations Manager.
2. Support the Store Director in promoting best practices and optimal processes.
3. Identify knowledge gaps in store operations among team members and facilitate their development.
4. Conduct training for new hires and follow-up sessions on the store operating system, Cegid.
5. Implement new policies and procedures to achieve stock loss targets and act as the primary contact for stock management and replenishment processes.
6. Drive standard processes for optimizing stockrooms and achieving operational excellence.
7. Lead operational projects, providing support to the store and headquarters during launches.
8. Collaborate with teams to deliver stock optimization analysis, reporting, and forward planning.
9. Support the CRM team and Store Director in ensuring client data is qualitative and actionable, offering solutions and guidance where needed.
10. Develop a forecasting tool for accurate business planning in sales, stock, and payroll projections.
11. Manage vendor/supplier relationships to reduce costs and enhance services.
12. Enhance stockroom organization to improve fetch times and storage accuracy.
13. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations in all stores.
14. Review product lines weekly to enhance replenishment potential and challenge the Merchandising team to improve market potential.
15. Examine P&L aspects to reduce costs and increase store efficiency.
16. Work closely with Inventory Control & Retail Excellence Operations Manager to maintain accurate reporting and inventory counts.
17. Oversee store facilities management.

1. Minimum of 5 years' retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
3. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and with high motivation.
4. Knowledge of USA retail laws, security, and Health and Safety legislation.
5. Proven ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
6. Strong commercial acumen.
7. Passion for customer service and sales floor focus.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
9. Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in retail.
