- Assist in managing employee benefits, including meal assistance and executive car arrangements.
- Provide technical-administrative support for salary offers, letters, and certificates.
- Monitor the relocation process for foreign employees in Spain, coordinating with various service providers.
- Oversee immigration services, including visas and NIE applications.
- Facilitate temporary accommodation arrangements and travel logistics for new employees.
- Coordinate with suppliers for employee relocation services.
- Current enrollment in a university program that allows for an internship agreement (convenio de beca).
- Possession of a student NIE for EU citizens or a working permit for non-EU citizens.
- Strong interest in fashion and culture with a focus on Human Resources.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Beginner level experience, suitable for those starting their career in Human Resources or related fields.
Currently enrolled in a university program.
Study support valued at €800-900 gross per month, plus a daily lunch subsidy.
Interns will receive study support and a daily lunch subsidy, with working hours from 9am to 6:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 3pm on Fridays.
