1. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, assisting, advising, and exceeding client expectations.
2. Represent the brand's history and heritage with authenticity and enthusiasm.
3. Utilize product knowledge to effectively cross-sell and upsell across product categories.
4. Engage with a diverse clientele to foster long-lasting relationships.
5. Expand and maintain a client book, ensuring accurate client information is recorded.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
7. Participate in visual merchandising in line with LOEWE's standards.
8. Ensure products are maintained efficiently, cleanly, and securely both in front and back of house.
9. Assist with inventory management and other back-of-house tasks.
10. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavioral standards.
