1. Achieve individual and store objectives.
2. Engage with clients to provide exceptional and memorable experiences.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through regular communication.
4. Master and communicate the brand's history and heritage.
5. Showcase product categories through knowledge and storytelling.
6. Expand and update the client book using company tools.
7. Collaborate as a team player to meet store objectives.
8. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE's standards.
9. Maintain product organization and security both front and back of house.
10. Support inventory management and other back-of-house tasks.
11. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
