1. Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets to drive business growth.
2. Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, building lasting client relationships.
3. Meet individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior service.
4. Utilize CRM tools to collect and leverage customer data for personalized engagement.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and communicative work environment.
6. Organize sales floor and stockroom in accordance with company policy.
7. Contribute to product visual presentation, adhering to brand standards.
8. Uphold LOEWE's image standards and follow company policies and procedures.
9. Accurately record customer information in the database.
10. Promote store events through various communication channels.
11. Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
12. Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
13. Participate in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
14. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building customer relationships.
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
5. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
6. Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
7. Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales within a retail setting.

$20-23 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
