4. Utilize CRM tools to gather and leverage customer data for personalized engagement.

6. Ensure sales floor and stockroom organization in line with company policies.
7. Contribute to the visual presentation of products, adhering to brand standards.
8. Uphold the brand's image standards and guidelines.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
10. Accurately record customer information in the database.
11. Promote store events through various communication channels.
12. Maintain an organized client book and initiate regular client contact.
13. Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
14. Participate in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
15. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
2. Proven history of exceeding individual and store sales targets.
3. Experience in crafting windows, interior displays, and space utilization.
4. Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser.

Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a retail setting.

The compensation ranges from $21 to $26 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
