1. Handle alteration requests for both Women's and Men's Fashion sectors.
2. Participate in fittings, providing clients with advice on necessary alterations and ensuring the execution of these adjustments to suit the client's physique.
3. Perform necessary markings and pinning, select appropriate materials, execute alterations, conduct finishing work, and ensure quality control and ironing.

1. Formal training in couture or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
2. Strong customer service orientation.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar tailoring or alterations role is required.
