Le Bon Marché Deputy Fire Safety Manager

1. Manage and supervise a team of fire safety officers (SSIAP 2) to ensure the safety of people and property at Le Bon Marché and La Grande Epicerie de Paris.
2. Oversee and control fire safety installations, including maintenance, anomaly detection, and compliance.
3. Conduct surveillance and risk prevention activities, such as doubt removal and patrols.
4. Organize regulatory inspections and Security Commission visits.
5. Manage team schedules and ensure staff presence in compliance with regulatory obligations.
6. Act as the site’s security reference during openings, closures, and events.
7. Implement and enforce intervention and crisis management procedures.
8. Facilitate communication of instructions between teams.
9. Manage interventions and draft reports.
10. Organize evacuation drills.
11. Maintain up-to-date safety registers (fire and others).
12. Manage maintenance contracts and regulatory verifications.
13. Update intervention instructions, plans, and diagrams.
14. Oversee fire permits and GN13 management.
15. Organize and conduct fire safety personnel training (SST, INRS, diploma updates, internal training, trainee training) and maintain personnel competencies.
16. Manage and verify safety and emergency equipment.
17. Ensure the general organization of the security post, verify equipment, control emergency means, and manage stocks of first aid materials and consumables.

1. SSIAP 3 certification, with CNPP fire technical cycle as an advantage.
2. Experience as a firefighter with BSPP or SPV is preferred.
3. Certified and experienced in PSE 1 and PSE 2 first aid.
4. Minimum experience as SSIAP 3 or deputy.
5. Confirmed experience as SSIAP 2, with a background as a team leader in a large ERP/IGH.
