2. Manage telephone calls and emails.
3. Prepare customer quotes and order forms, and communicate with production laboratories and departments.
4. Handle payments and refunds.
5. Perform customer billing.
6. Prepare delivery notes for shipments.
7. Receive and prepare customer orders from laboratories and departments.
8. Alert management in case of technical issues or customer disputes.
9. Manage in-store pickups.
10. Provide feedback to management regarding upcoming services or events.
11. Perform gift wrapping and packaging.
12. Support cashier teams as needed.

1. Previous experience in the food industry is preferred.
