Kering Supply Chain Planning Manager

- Collaborate closely with brand teams to gather and analyze demand trends and projections.
- Support brand teams during urgent situations, prioritization needs, and new collection launches.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, and 3PL teams to establish lead times and service level expectations.
- Consolidate forecasts from brands and develop projections based on historical data and trends.
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive load plan with relevant stakeholders.
- Create or coordinate the development of planning tools for monitoring events, loads, and volumes.
- Monitor daily execution flow to ensure adherence to plans.
- Oversee Warehouse OTIF and backlog, communicating updates to brands.
- Implement processes for handling priority requests from brands and operations teams.
- Maintain and improve Key Performance Indicators for the planning process.
- Conduct performance analysis and produce logistics reports.
- Facilitate regular S&OP sessions with brands and operations teams to review past results and future expectations.
- Serve as the primary contact for capacity, volume, and load expectations for shipments.
- Promote a culture of planning and forecasting within the organization.
- Implement and lead 'Control Tower' monitoring for special projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree in supply chain or related field is advantageous.
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain planning.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to data management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the US luxury retail market.
- Detail-oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
Prior experience in logistics or supply chain planning is required.
Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree in supply chain or related field is advantageous.
$115,000 - $135,000 per year plus incentives.
