1. Conduct research to support competitor and new market analysis for strategic development.
2. Collect, analyze, and benchmark rental data against fair market values and occupancy costs.
3. Review leases and abstract key business terms.
4. Prepare written materials for presentations and business memorandums.
5. Compile and manage real estate transaction and lease files.
6. Support due diligence processes for acquisitions and dispositions, including financial modeling and market research.
7. Monitor and report on key real estate market trends and economic indicators impacting portfolio performance.

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
2. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
3. Innovative and creative mindset.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

No prior experience is required, but an interest in luxury retail or fashion is preferred.

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
