Kering Payroll Manager

- Oversee the management of 20 payrolls for approximately 1,600 employees across the UK and Ireland.
- Continuously review and enhance payroll processes to ensure compliance with best practices and legislative requirements.
- Act as a Payroll Business Partner, offering strategic and operational support to various brands.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with Brand Payroll and HR Managers.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including the payroll provider.
- Support the budgeting process and financial cycle management.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to service and organizational level agreements regarding payroll standards.
- Evaluate payroll metrics to identify focus areas for business and employee support.
- Collaborate with the Benefits Manager on HMRC-related matters.
- Process 300-400 P11Ds annually and manage PSAs for each brand.
- Lead internal and external audits related to payroll activities.
- Establish new payroll elements and coordinate with finance for accurate costing setups.
- Lead payroll induction for new employees and conduct educational workshops.
- Support the Head of UK & I HRSS in implementing new initiatives and business models.
- Supervise and guide the Payroll Team, setting objectives and planning activities.
- Foster strong business relationships to enhance service efficiency.
- Proven ability to build credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Extensive experience in managing multiple payrolls, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage and execute multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in a complex, matrixed organization with diverse stakeholders.
- Curiosity and confidence to challenge existing payroll practices.
- Leadership skills to manage a knowledgeable payroll team.

Relevant degree or CIPP qualification.
