Kering Human Resources Administration Intern

- Assist in the organization and monitoring of the onboarding process for new employees, utilizing tools such as Workday, PeopleDoc, and ADP.
- Contribute to the preparation and communication of necessary administrative documents for hiring and integration, including health insurance and internal regulations.
- Aid in drafting contracts, amendments, and pre-employment declarations in compliance with current procedures.
- Support the management of employee benefits such as meal vouchers, transportation reimbursement, and health insurance, as well as the scheduling of medical appointments in collaboration with occupational health centers.
- Act as a communication liaison with local HR contacts, providing initial information on HR procedures and ensuring efficient follow-up on requests.
- Participate in verifying residency permits and handling administrative tasks related to work authorization under the supervision of the team.
- Assist in organizing monthly follow-up meetings with internal clients.
- Contribute to maintaining the HR database in Workday by verifying data entries and collaborating with HR teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Engage with Kering Connect (internal CRM) to respond to employee and HR contact inquiries, directing specific requests to appropriate parties and adhering to response timelines.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Proficient in professional English, both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable with IT tools, particularly MS Office and Excel; knowledge of Workday or HRIS is advantageous.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation.
A preliminary experience in human resources or administrative functions is required.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources or a related field.
