Kering HR Operations Intern

- Enter and maintain employment records and personnel information within the HRIS, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and employment updates.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policy, payroll, benefits, and personnel updates.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure data accuracy within HRIS and compliance with payroll and policy changes.
- Assist with special projects as requested by the HR Shared Services team or brand-specific needs.
- Manage HR Shared Services correspondence, including payroll check distribution and mail sorting.
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on thoroughness and quality.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with HR operations or administrative tasks is beneficial.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour, 40 hours per week.
