1. Enter and maintain employment records and personnel information within the HRIS, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and employment updates.
2. Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policy, payroll, benefits, and personnel updates.
3. Conduct internal audits to ensure data accuracy within HRIS and compliance with payroll and policy changes.
4. Assist with special projects as requested by the HR Shared Services team or brand-specific needs.
5. Manage HR Shared Services correspondence, including payroll check distribution and mail sorting.

1. Current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

1. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
2. Ability to prioritize workload with strong attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
4. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on thoroughness and quality.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with HR operations or administrative tasks is beneficial.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour, 40 hours per week.
