Kering Finance Reporting & Control Specialist

1. Manage finance and accounting operations for daily accounting activities.
2. Develop and implement budget and landing forecasts in alignment with group directives.
3. Produce and present financial reports, including benchmark analyses, to headquarters and management.
4. Research and address technical accounting issues, establishing standardized procedures.
5. Support month-end and year-end accounting closing processes.
6. Enhance business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
7. Perform daily accounting duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
8. Communicate with brand teams regarding cost allocation from shared services.

1. In-depth knowledge and experience in General Ledger and audit response.
2. Proficiency in IFRS, JPGAAP, and tax regulations.
3. Business-level proficiency in English.

1. Effective communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with finance teams and brand finance departments.
2. Proactive approach to process improvement.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Self-motivated and a team player.

Extensive accounting experience, particularly in General Ledger and audit response. Experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
