Kering Eyewear Customer Operations Process Development Specialist

- Facilitate induction and training for new employees and on new business and system procedures.
- Support the collection and analysis of requirements for new business and system process mapping.
- Monitor and support customer service operation process development projects.
- Troubleshoot and report system issues.
- Manage continuous communication with the APAC Customer Service Operation team regarding processes and procedures.
- Create internal documentation for the Customer Service Operation team.
- Assist in meeting management including scheduling, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
- Provide regional support for inquiries regarding customer service operation processes.
- Experience in customer operations, systems development, or IT.
- Experience with process documentation and activity coordination.
- Experience working with multiple countries and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in SAP and Dynamics is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated with a focus on results and innovation.
Candidates should have experience in customer operations, systems development, or IT, with a background in process documentation and activity coordination.
