1. Achieve net sales targets by brand within the designated territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists (3O's).
2. Establish and maintain a qualitative door distribution that aligns with the brand's DNA.
3. Cultivate robust relationships with clients to enhance long-term partnerships and maximize sell-through.
4. Present and optimize sell-in sales of optical frames and sunglasses.
5. Collaborate with clients to enhance sell-through sales using trade marketing programs.
6. Conduct in-store training to boost sales performance.
7. Provide timely and accurate reporting.

1. Proven track record of increasing sales and building door distribution among the 3O's.
2. Strong customer relationships built on service and trust.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in optical sales within the 3O's.
4. University degree or equivalent experience.
5. Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods industries.
6. Resident in Houston, TX.

1. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Minimum of 5 years in optical sales within the 3O's.

University degree or equivalent experience.
