Kering Digital Workplace Apprentice

1. Assist in the production of digital training materials, including e-learnings, user guides, and video editing.
2. Coordinate seamless communication with internal teams to ensure information flow.
3. Contribute to the development of communication and engagement models to inform and engage end users.
4. Support the organization of workshops and training sessions to raise awareness of new processes and tools.
5. Design and enhance user interfaces, including wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
6. Participate in co-creation workshops and user research phases, such as interviews and user testing.
7. Develop intuitive solutions while respecting technical constraints and business needs.
8. Stay abreast of technological trends and propose innovations in design and user experience.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree in a business school with expertise in digital communication and/or UX/UI design.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian and/or French is advantageous.

1. Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Learning, Office 365, JIRA/CONFLUENCE, SharePoint, Figma, Adobe Suite.
2. Flexibility, adaptability, creativity, and a passion for teamwork.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for fashion/luxury/design.
5. UX/UI skills are a valuable asset.

No specific prior experience required, but a background in digital communication or UX/UI design is preferred.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
