1. Repair products without altering the original design, utilizing traditional brand craftsmanship materials, accessories, machinery, and techniques.
2. Attach accessories or ornamentation to products.
3. Align and stitch or glue materials such as fabric, fleece, leather, or wood to join parts.
4. Construct, decorate, or repair leather products according to specifications using sewing machines, needles and thread, leather lacing, glue, clamps, hand tools, and/or rivets.
5. Cut out parts following patterns or outlines using knives, shears, scissors, or machine presses.
6. Drill or punch holes; insert or attach metal rings, handles, and fastening hardware such as buckles.
7. Dye, soak, polish, paint, stamp, stitch, stain, buff, or engrave leather or other materials to achieve desired effects, decorations, or shapes.
8. Repair and recondition leather products such as trunks, luggage, belts, purses, and wallets.
9. Re-sew seams and replace handles and linings of luggage or handbags.
10. Select materials and patterns, and trace patterns onto materials for cutting.
11. Lead the craftsman team to align and standardize repair quality according to headquarters requirements.

1. 5-10+ years of experience in the field.
2. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

4. Ability to concentrate for extended periods.
5. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
6. Up-to-date knowledge of current repair trends.
7. Availability for extended training.

5-10+ years of experience in craftsmanship, particularly in the luxury sector.

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour plus incentives.
