Kering Accountant - Purchase to Pay

- Process invoices in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform period, quarter, and year-end processing tasks.
- Address vendor and user inquiries efficiently.
- Assist in troubleshooting, decision-making, and communication of potential risks.
- Monitor, manage, and enhance service levels.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
- Provide backup support for Senior Accountant or Team Lead when necessary.
- Engage in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
- Assist with new process implementations and maintain accounts payable policies.
- Participate in enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with accounting principles and SLAs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests.
- Foster a positive team environment and optimize team performance.
- Coach and train new team members, ensuring balanced workloads.
- Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting with 2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of accounting concepts and expenditure cycles.
- Understanding of treasury functions and inter-company recharge principles.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, specifically within the Purchase to Payment process, is required.
Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
