Kering Accountant - Purchase to Pay

1. Process invoices in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
2. Escalate and resolve issues promptly.
3. Perform period, quarter, and year-end processing tasks.
4. Address vendor and user inquiries efficiently.
5. Assist in troubleshooting, decision-making, and communication of potential risks.
6. Monitor, manage, and enhance service levels.
7. Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
8. Provide backup support for Senior Accountant or Team Lead when necessary.
9. Engage in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
10. Assist with new process implementations and maintain accounts payable policies.
11. Participate in enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness.
12. Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with accounting principles and SLAs.
13. Manage stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests.
14. Foster a positive team environment and optimize team performance.
15. Coach and train new team members, ensuring balanced workloads.

1. Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting with 2 years of experience.

1. Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Intermediate knowledge of accounting concepts and expenditure cycles.
4. Understanding of treasury functions and inter-company recharge principles.
5. Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, specifically within the Purchase to Payment process, is required.

Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
