Kering Accountant O2C

- Match audited transactions against credit card acquirer transactions using BlackLine and SAP.
- Ensure accuracy in daily credit card fees, chargebacks, and write-offs from all credit card acquirers.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between audited transactions and credit card acquirer reports.
- Review BlackLine exceptions and open tickets to address mapping issues.
- Conduct daily checks and balances of POS data against credit card acquirers and report discrepancies.
- Produce reconciliations for various GL accounts to ensure proper clearing of debits and credits.
- Perform monthly reconciliations for review with the Senior O2C Accountant and BlackLine Manager.
- Generate month-end reconciliations for GL accounts to determine accruals for outstanding credit card fees, chargebacks, and write-offs.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient understanding of basic General Ledger and accounting processes.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of SAP and BlackLine reconciliation systems.
- Ability to adapt to a multi-brand environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
A minimum of 5 years in a relevant accounting or finance role, with experience in cashiering, banking, or accounting preferred.
$28.00 - $33.00 per hour plus incentives.
